My Coaching Conversations are bespoke journeys to get you shifting in the direction of your
personal, professional and business goals.

My approach

My coaching approach is a forward-looking, action-focused, collaborative partnership between you and me.  I cannot do the work for you, but I will guide you and help keep you accountable to the development actions you set for yourself. When you’re clear on where you’d like to go and you have a realistic action plan to move you in that right direction, great things can happen!

My process

Coaching sessions are 1 hour, in person or online, at least once a month for a minimum of four months.  This is to you are able to implement the actions we discuss and agree on and you then start seeing and feeling the momentum of the changes.
